when I arrived in Canada, I stay in Air BnB for 2 months before I got an apartment to rent which I paid $4800 in total for the 2 month. Can I claim the $4800 as Renter tax credit in Ontairo?.

Yes, if you were a resident of Ontario in 2023. If you are preparing a return for a different province then you won't be able to claim Ontario tax benefits.
