When I filed my 2016 Tax return (Using Home & Business) it said I should pay a specific amount. 8 months later, the CRA came back stating that much of the value calculations were incorrect, and I in fact owed x3 more than what TurboTax had calculated. That seems a little silly that it could've been so incorrect.
Another issue that I believe is important, is that my personal business income reached a point where I was required to apply for a GST number, and there was no warning, or flag from the software to let me know this is something I needed to do to file correctly; the way I discovered this, is that CRA called me to let me know that I needed to apply for a GST number.
