Anyone has issue on T777S? My downloaded version doesn't perform calculation for option one! It is supposed to calculate max refund if I enter 250 (x$2) = $500.

But the "x" symbol showing "?", so the result is 0.00! Called Tech support but the guy couldn't help at all!

If you are claiming the Flat Rate on the T777S in Forms mode, please make sure that the first 4 boxes on the top of the page are all marked with an X.
If this is not working, trying clearing the T777S form and then closing it, so that you can start over.
