I tried to upgrade from Standard (download) to Assist and review but the link was removed. I called support and they said the service was fully booked, so the link was removed, but that it would appear again in the software when it became available in a few days. I called again 4 days later and was told to wait a week. That week is now over and there is no change, When will the upgrade to Assist and review become available again?
Can you please verify again and let us know if you can see it?
