At the top of your software, you have a grey bar - on the left side of the screen click on "Help" - then - "Check for Updates". This will load whatever updates need to be applied to your software. If this doesn't work correctly then please uninstall the software, reboot your computer and reinstall using this download link. This should resolve your issue.
