My Federal is owing and the Quebec is refund. How I can balance between the two? how to transfer refund amount from Quebec (refund) to Federal (owing) in order to close the owing?
They are both different governments so you can't take from one to pay the other. Unless of course you live in Quebec and owe federal income tax from working in another province.
