I have just completed the final return for my wife who passes away in 2023. I was asked to pay for returns for her and myself and authorized payment on my visa for two returns. 

I now want to file my 2023 return on line but am being asked to pay again for a single return. 

I do not want to pay twice. What has gone wrong?
