I've used TurboTax for over twenty years and for the last three, it is impossible to file my state taxes electronically. I've called and spoken with numerous representatives who attempted to assist me, but to no avail. It says: my credit card information on file (WTF is this info?), with an incorrect address and CVV code. Regardless of what card I use, it is rejected. My home address is the same. No one can help. I just want the rep to give me a confirmation code for filing. No one seems to be able to do a simple task of giving me the code to file.
