I installed Turbotax desktop with a CD. When I go to my Intuit account, it doesn't think I have the product and accordingly, I can't activate. Site wants to sell me the product I have already purchased. How do I link the product purchased through Amazon to my existing Intuit account?
If you have TurboTax CD/Download, your product is activated when you enter the code during installation. You don't need an account to use TurboTax CD/Download because nothing is saved online.
