I cant get past the payment info and billing address section in the secure checkout. It just shows "Oops! It Looks like we hit a snag. Please try again." but no further elaboration on any issues. I need to get through this section to download the software..
Are you trying to buy the software or just download it.

I have an identical problem as the OP. I'm using Edge browser on Windows 11. I fill in the credit card info and press 'Continue' but nothing happens. No error messages at all. The page doesn't change.
TurboTax Deluxe online is the product I'm trying to purchase.
