I am filing late taxes for 2021. I have the Turbotax software downloaded and updated. Our file is complete and we get to the step to choose audit protection. We click "sign into your Intuit account to purchase" and it won't load. We thought it was a firewall issue so we made sure to add to permitted apps. We even tried turning off the firewall and no luck. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get past this step? We need to file the next year ASAP and we cannot do so until we file this year.
