Canadian Capital Gains

When I enter capital gains in the box 21, the amount entered is not included in the total sum of capital gains on the line 12700, page 2. I believe this was addressed by another individual in Dec 2024 but has yet to be corrected.

Schedule 3 is still locked by CRA and not finalized by CRA yet. Please refer to this link Why does TurboTax say my forms are locked or haven't been finalized?

We do not have any ETA on this yet but as soon a these forms gets finalize we will be updating them in TurboTax for an accurate calculations.

Turbo Tax Latest update (April 03, 2025) will not download. Files for downloading do not appear to be in place

Please try uninstalling & reinstalling the program using the download from our website. It will not delete any of your saved returns.

Also, you need to use box 52 and/or 53 on the 2024 T3. Box 21 is just the total of those two boxes.
