Cannot find my previous tax return.

Hi. I paid for turbotax to do my income tax. I downloaded my files, but I cannot remember the password. I tried to read my previous chats with the agent, but it's gone. I cannot even find the tax return online in my account anymore either. I tried to get online help, but it says Channel is currently closed.

How can I solve these? Please let me know.
