CANNOT INSTALL AND RUN TURBO TAX I PURCHASED AT LONDON DRUGS

I purchased the 2022 Turbo Tax Standard at London Drugs

My laptop runs Windows 365

Your site is a nightmare.  We tried to download the program and it comes up as an APP that we can't run

It's quite simple -i'm not an idiot.  I paid almost $40.00 bucks for this and i can't use it.

Please provide SIMPLE Step by Step instructions on how to download and RUN this program.

I have a licence code and everything.  Also - I reside in British Columbia Canada

I would GREATLY appreciate some help.  Also confirm running as Desktop?
