Cannot open 2021 return (desktop)

I filed my return using TT last year. Now when I try to open it a pop up asks for my licence code. When I supply the licence code I used I am informed that it has already been used three times. It has, and one of those was me. I cannot open that return. I encounter the same problem when I try to open my 2020 return. What shall I do?
