I am getting and error message with I tried to Refile. I did the Netfile and it was sent successful to CRA and I confirmed the NOA is completed, However I am getting the message when I try to Refile" We are unable to make changes to your completed return because the return has not been electronically submitted to CRA/RQ with Netfile"..
Pls can someone let me know how to solve this issue.
