change from cd version to online

Hi there, 

I have been purchasing the cd version of TurboTax for years.  After buying the 2022 version this month, I found out that my operating system is too old to run the program.  (I attempted to update the OS but I cannot).  As I rarely use my computer anymore, purchasing one just to run a yearly tax program is uneconomical.

Can I convert my cd version to an online one please?  Who would I have to contact for this?
