charging me for thing that were free pervious years???

hey ya so i noticed that this year i cannot file my medical expenses as it has all of a sudden become a paid service. this service has been free for YEARS. and now i cant use it. i am well below poverty level and you expect me to pay 20.99 to put in the expenses that I need to get a refund? what is this bs. stop being greedy. your suppose to be a fully free service. i remember when it only cost money if we need a LIVE assistent. now every other thing is money money money. upgrade upgrade upgrade. you need to do better.
