Check boxes not working

Good day,

 

When I attempt to check various boxes in my return, they are not working.  For example:

1.  I cannot check the box to indicate whether I own foreign property.

2.  I cannot check the box to indicate my home address is the same as my mailing address (on INFLOWS)

3.  On inflows, when I tried to enter my email address, it wouldn't allow me to enter anything.  When I reopened the file, my email address was there.

 

This is the first year I've experienced this issue. 

Any help would be appreciated.
