Child care expenses

I’ve used turbo tax for years without issue but this year my childcare expenses are not showing up in the summary after inputting them.  I’ve tried updating my browser, clearing cookies/cache, starting a new return, etc to no avail.  

wondering if this is a bug and/or if anyone else has encountered this issue

Some common reasons why your Childcare Expenses are not showing up on your tax return might be:

• You have not entered your spouse's information and TurboTax assumes his/her income is zero, therefore no claim for childcare can be made.
• Your income is Zero, or not "earned income".
• You have made a keying error on your child's birthdate or relationship to you.
