Climate action incentive issue

I’m wondering who to talk to about potential software issue?  In the provincial deduction section for the climate action incentive, it states I am eligible for a $607 deduction.  However, it doesn’t appear to be taking this deduction forward.  It does not appear in the provincial deduction summary.  Suggestions??

When you tell TurboTax that you are in a province that has the Climate Action Incentive (CAI), then it automatically adds it to your return. It only changes or removes the amount if you enter in different information later. So if you go through the CAI questions, it's possible that it won't change your refund.

To see how much of the CAI credit you are getting in TurboTax CD/Download, you can look at Schedule 14 in Forms mode. If you are in EasyStep mode, use the Find tool to search for “climate”, then select “Climate Action Incentive” from the list and click Go. Continue through the pages, and at the end there is a summary with the credit amount listed.
