I’m with you @unhappy_camper . Any company that closes a Canadian office and lays off lots of good, honest, hardworking Canadians no longer deserves my business. My 30 year relationship with this company ends this year.
This does not work on my return either for error 95365. When can we expect an update to the program.
Same Issue here the totals of Box 21 on T3 entry is not transferring to line 68140 on T936. TuboTax Please fix.
Does not seem to be CRA problem . I can clearly see that 68140 is not populated although there is a total for box 21 on T3 entry form.
Can you please fix? This is last day to file. What do we do to work around this???
I requested a refund from TurboTax since I can't file my taxes. If I don't get the refund, I'll be filing a chargeback since I didn't get the product advertised to me (a working tax filing software). It is unreasonable that there is no warning when you have T3 forms that you won't be able to file and TurboTax still takes your payment. On top of that, they allow you to waste limited netfile attempts knowing that it won't work.
If there was at least an ETA maybe I would wait. Used TurboTax for 5 years, won't be using it this year or ever again. Plenty of other options.
@cm79 I agree 100%. This is ridiculous. At least give us an ETA, TurboTax.
It seems we are complaining the wrong people. We need to be complaining to vendors, as well as asking for refunds from them. This does not apply to everyone, but it is an added avenue to see if we can't get Intuit off top dead centre. What are the Canadian alternatives to Intuit?
