It worked because you had spousal splitting and no capital losses?
I still doesn't work for me as I have capital losses
For people with only capital gains, the following procedure might allow you to Netfile with today's updated version of TurboTax Desktop:
I hope that helps.
It is now April 3, has anyone been given an answer how to fix this error?
This is delaying my refund.
I'm wondering what the downside is of simply printing theT1 and mailing it if not able to Netflix? Does this result in a long wait time for a refund (which is substantial)? I have a net capital loss and I've loss confidence that this will be fixed by Turbo Tax any time soon.
Did you use as Ufile as well? I am ready to trash Turbotax and buy Ufile.
I followed these instructions from a previous post and it worked for me!

None of the workaround works for me including splitting T3 into half.
I don't have spousal splitting and I have capital losses
Capital losses seem to be the key factor in this working. I don't understand how they cannot simply copy the field over to the T936.

As I explained in some previous posts this morning and yesterday, I believe the capital loss part of error 95365 is CRA's fault, not Intuit's. All brands of tax software will be susceptible to that issue. CRA is (apparently) working on a fix for that, according to a post on Reddit yesterday that shows a reply from WealthSimple Support to a WealthSimple user, where CRA admitted this. See my earlier posts for details.
