I had some T5008 slips but they all had capital gains. Capital losses seem to be the main trigger left for #95365 now that spousal splitting appears to have been fixed.
Yes. T5008 Capital losses is the trigger. I confirm.
I'll fill my taxes with Wealtsimple, it works now, they solved the issue.
Last time with TurboTax for me.

Check some of my earlier posts, in various threads, from today and yesterday. I believe the capital loss part of this issue is caused by CRA's validation code for error 95365, which would affect all brands of tax software. Luckily, I only have capital gains this year.
Error #95385 Update: After a few unsuccessful attempts, my taxes finally went through today! 🎉 I adjusted all dollar amounts in my T3 boxes to even numbers (instead of odd) and also installed the latest update I received today. Not sure which fix did the trick, so I recommend trying both.
In my case, line 68140, in form T936, which is supposed to show the sum of all boxes 21 in T3s (+ capital gains) is displaying 0, but the sum of all lines 21 in T3s is greater than 0.
I tried applying the update released today, didn't work, uninstalled, installed again. Still doesn't work.
Exactly, this is what my problem is currently. They still don't fix our issues.
