Confirmation Email not received

I purchased the Personal and Small Business downloadable program yesterday.  The purchase went through I double-checked my bank account.  Unfortunately I cannot download the program because I never received a confirmation email with activation code.  I don't have the 150 to re-purchase the program and I need to file my taxes........what do I do?
