CPP/QPP contributions or pensionable earnings have been entered incorrectly

My sister is preparing her taxes along side her husband and she is receiving the following error for her T4:

CPP/QPP contributions or pensionable earnings have been entered incorrectly. Check the amounts entered on your T4; particularly boxes 10, 14, 16, 16A, 17, 17A, 26, and 28. If the information entered matches your slips, please contact TurboTax support at https://support.turbotax.intuit.ca/contact/

We double checked all the information and it is all correct.

We have also tried to manually re-enter her T4 and are still getting the same issue.

Is this happening because we are preparing both their taxes together?

Should we prepare them seperately or should we just ignore this error?

Can you tell us if you have only one T4 or more and which boxes you have on this slip?

What is the employment province?

If it's for an employee in province of Quebec, you should have an amount on box 17/17A and it should be the same amount on B.A/B.B.

The province is Alberta and the CPP information is entered in boxes 16 and 16A.

When my sister started doing her taxes she selected "Process spouse's return as well?" in order to do her taxes and her husband's.

My Sister just has one T4 and her Husband has one T4.

@eddieb171 Can you tell us what is the amount on both T4s - boxes 14, 16/16A and 26?

Starting in January 2012 (for the 2011 tax year), box 26 must always be completed. In most cases, boxes 14 and 26 should be the same amount. The box has to be completed in all situations, up to the maximum pensionable earnings for the year.

I have spoken with someone directly at TurboTax and they have told me to ignore the error.
