CPP - T4A(P) - cannot get it to accept the months in box 23. Will not allow me to netfile as it says that this needs to be fixed. Doesn't matter how may times I enter the number it will not accept. Very frustrating.

Program will not accept the number I put in for box 23 and it will not let me netfile as it says it needs to be fixed. I am getting very frustrated with this.

Please make sure that you don't have anything in Box 21, and that your income was put in the right box - Retirement Benefit should be entered in box 14.

You can also try deleting the T4A(P) and then re-entering the slip.

It was not turbo tax. The t4AP was not filled out properly. It only had retirement months and not disability months. Got it fixed and program worked.
