CRA Netfile but mail my return with Revenu Quebec

Is it possible with Turbotax, to netfile my fedaral return with CRA but mail via post my provincial return to Revenu Quebec. I had to send it by mail because I had a quebec ''Moving expense Form'' (TP-348-V) that require my employer signature and it only could can be done by paper. 

Or should i file both federal and quebec return via mail.
