I receive the below result code when filing.
Any recommendations on how to resolve?

The first time I submitted my tax return, I received this notice. I'm starting to become frustrated because it says I cannot resubmit a second time when I haven't submitted the first time. According to the CRA, they have not received any documents from Turbotax and its costing me money.
