CTB info entry in Turbotax

I entered my apartment rent total on the rent/tax worksheet form. When I 'Saved' that form, there is no corresponding entry on line 61100 in the ONBEN form. It's a 0.00 value on that form.

Any help in understanding why would be appreciated.

Please make sure you have checked off the box in Line 61020.
