Please help, I am really confused.
Moved to the US mid-year and have rental income in Canada. For Jan-may, I have some employment, self-emloyment, and rental income.
For June-Dec, just the rental income as a non-resident. I am considered a tax resident of the US.

I started with the Turbotax package for self-employed with live assistance. However, I believe it miscalculated my tax, as it uses the whole basic amount (14000) instead of just a fraction for Jan-May.

How do I proceed?
Do I need to file 2 returns- one for Jan-May (as a resident) and one for June-Dec as a non-nresident withr rental property?
