The tax expert review depends the complexity of your return. You can always get in contact with your Tax Expert within TurboTax Online.

If you are using TurboTax Full Service you can send them a follow up message.

If you are using TurboTax Assist & Review please follow these steps.

1. Open your TurboTax return.
2. From the menu, select Review, then Expert Review.
3. Select Schedule appointment, then Continue.
4. The next available appointment is displayed. If necessary, select Find a different time.
5. Fill out your contact details, then select Schedule appointment.
