Deluxe Edition Activation Code Not Working after 4 uses

My sister and I bought Turbo Tax Deluxe Edition.  She submitted taxes for herself, her husband, and two adult children.  There are four remaining.  Now its my turn to do taxes for my family, but the activation code isn't working.  I'm logged in, the code is correct, but it says "Something's not right, try re-entering your code."  Its been a week and I'm still getting the same message.  I tried calling, but I'm getting an automated response that emails me links to the wrong question.  Help.  How do I make this work?

You can only use the code once in ONE account. Using the code again will give an error message.
