Yesterday I purchased TurboTax Standard from Staples and paid $39.89. I downloaded and installed the software and had to pay another $27.30 (presumably for online filing?). Is this standard pricing or did your online software not recognize that I already purchased a license. I just called the helpline twice and wanted to speak with a person. After replying to prompts I was twice offered a text or e-mail that was not relevant to my question. Please help.
