Didn't get any email from CRA after filling tax return

Hi

I submitted my tax return and already have a NETFILE confirmation number, but I have never gotten any email from CRA for 3 weeks.

I also can't check my status because this is my first year of submitting my tax return,  so I can't  register CRA My account yet.

Is there any way I can do?
