Hello I am a commissioned sales person working for a company.
do I need to complete the T2125 form?
I'm not registered as a sole proprietor or anything else, and I don't collect gst/hst
You don't have to be a registered business to be a sole proprietor. All that means is that you are self-employed. You also don't have to register for GST unless your income from business is over $30,000 a year in any quarter or year.
If you have a T4 or a T4A, you will report your income on in the Tslip section. If a T4A, it may open a T2125 for self-employment depending on the boxes used.
