Do not qualify for NETFILE

I've attempted to NETFILE but it seems that I do not qualify:

I entered the T4, T4A, T2202 and Schedule 11. I've gone through the Review process and answered some missing questions. I've gone through each restrictions on the website and nothing seems to fit.

This is the first time filing for this particular SIN (ie. son, 1st year student).

Worst case, I need to call CRA or simply mail it in?
