Does the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals annual membership fee include HST/GST? I don't see a tax section on the receipt.

But at the bottom of the receipt, there is an HST registration number.  I am a psychotherapist.  I have to choose whether to write the OAMHP membership fee as including HST/GST or NOT including it...

Their website doesn't mention sales tax when showing the price of a membership fee. However, you may want to contact them and ask, to be sure.
