Donations to registered foreign universities

In the window where donations are entered, it is not possible to answer YES on the line asking whether it is a donation to a registered foreign university.  Any advice on how to fix this?

Are you entering your donations in Forms mode? Because the box for "Prescribed Universities Outside Canada" is not a Yes/No box. Instead, you would put the dollar amount of whatever you donated there. Only boxes with a Y/N next to it are Yes/No boxes.
