Downloaded Standard version worked once now it will no longer run

So First of all I have used the CD or downloaded version for years and never once had an issue. This year i had to jump through hoops to even get that version as you can obviously see they are steering people to use there online version. Anyway it looks like they have neglected the actual software as ive tried a few different computers and it will not run. Cant even find a new download link to see if thats the problem as there new website makes that near impossible as it keeps steering me to online only. Need help to get this running. Anyone have a link for standard version. Hopefully a new one exist that works
