Hi I have not submitted my efile from desktop version. it said data with CRA not matched with Service Canada.
You would need to go through your personal information (Name, address, marital status, SIN) and make sure it matches what the CRA has. If you're not sure what the CRA has or you changed something (ex: you moved), then you will need to contact the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). If you are in Canada or the United States, you can call the CRA at 1-800-959-8281. If you are elsewhere, you can call 613-940-8495.
