E File Issues Error Code 53

It says you only have 5 chances to E file return and it keeps saying it's not able to file right now and this is for a 2022 taxes, that was not filed. Unfortunately I believe it has now exceeded the 5 attempts.

Can anyone help as I have never encountered this.
