Email I received saying Subscription is here is blank > can'r software; Advantage customer

I received an email Jan 12, 2020 saying my subscription was here! When I open email it is blank, I opened with 2 different mail readers but still blan. HELP! Need software to due taxes. In there not somewhere I can download the program from?
