***Employment Expenses (still) BROKEN***

Hi Turbo Tax Community, 

I am trying to get the total number of KMs driven from my '23 return in order to get my starting kms for this years return. Unfortunately I continue to get this: 

I've called in several times over the last three weeks, and no one has been able to share with me a solution. 

Additionally I've checked the Turbo Tax prepared PDF of my full return and the data is also missing (Box 3, lines 18-20, Calculation of Motor Vehicle Expenses). 

Any one have a suggestion?

**Update - Mar 8, 24 - accessed after moderator stated the system was updated, system is still broken**

Hi, 

Its still broken - nothing has changed. How much longer will this take to resolve (its been 3 wks since I brought this to Turbo Tax's attention)?
