Enter Salaries and Wages Paid - Incorrectly Prepopulating

Hello - I'm working on the 2022 TurboTax Desktop Business DIY software. I've entered my Wages and Salaries Paid for >2% owners as $75,427. Once I click on "continue" and it takes me back to the deductions page, my Salaries and wages paid prepopulates to $78,317 instead of $75,427.  I've also tested this at $40,000 wages and salaries and then it populates to $42,890.

Why is this? Why am I entering $75,427 and then having it adjust to $78,317 on the main deductions page? What am I missing? I only paid $75,427 in wages and salary!

I'm an LLC filing as an S-Corp.

This is for a U.S. filing though, not Canada.

@TurboTaxGinette This is for a U.S. filing, not a Canada filing.
