I am currently (year 2020) trying to file my 2014, 2015, and 2016 taxes, but I cannot Netfile them or print them out to mail, because I keep getting the error code TT810 when I attempt to update the software to get the pages that are required to file. When I go to the Turbo Tax website to update the file, I get redirected and cannot update any software, making it impossible for me to file my taxes. Is it no longer possible to file using Turbo Tax?

I would like to update 2014m 2015 , 2016 to amend and file. How do I do this?
I tried two times to get through on the phone but the automatic voice machine could not make sense of what I was asking for. Frustrating
I got a message saying they had technical issues with communicating but it appears my advisor has removed the ability to communicate. Whenever they have issues that are not easily fixed they shut down communication. Do not delay in trying to address the issue or you will incure penaltys and interest.
The phone advisors have no ability to address any issues anyways so its no loss. Unless its a easily fixed issue they are trained to apoligive repeatedly but not help
I've called the help line every day this week and have not gotten a reply. I am on the phone right now and she is pretending to help me, we are at 32 mins and the average time to get nothing down is 57mins.
Unless you never need help dont use the advisor or full help service.
You can call the help line and wait for an hour for them to do nothing1
I've been given many excuses on the phone and even blaming CRA for their service being down
