I'm getting error code xml2022 - they are saying to contact technical support, but I can't even figure out how to do that on the website. I'm not in a province with the donor question so that shouldn't be the issue. Any fixes here?
Please go back and make sure that all your personal information (name, address, etc...) is correct. If you are still not able to resolve this issue, please contact our phone support team at 1-888-829-8608.
I'm having same problem as you. Called 1888 # and no viable solution was provided.
Try this: From the left side menu, select My Info > [You Name] Canadian Citizenship, and make sure you have answered every question on that page.
