I have reported an amount for social assistance from my T5007. The T5007 downloaded from my CRA account is identical to the amount listed by TurboTax. However in the income summary the amount listed for social assistance is very different - almost 3 times as much. Why? And how can I correct that?

Thank you for the suggestion. You should know, however, that when we call that number we're asked to state the problem. I finally said "customer support" and then "technical issue"... after being asked whether I wanted info by text or email...with no offer of "human" help. Thankfully I then got through to a very helpful person who pointed out that the extra amount was my GIS payment. Problem solved
