I have entered all information correctly an a requested but CRA is refusing netfile due to errors in the subject title. I've checked the T1 and all the info seems to be entered correctly...

I'm having a similar issue and when I call, I keep getting asked for a support ID number. How do I get access to the customer support team without a customer support ID?
