Error message that says I already used my license???

Hi.  I just went to Netfile my T2 return and get the following message "Your TurboTax Business Incorporated license is for 1 return - you have already used your return."

I most certainly have not used (filed my return).  I purchased TurboTax Business Incorporated from Costco about a month ago.  I downloaded it using the link provided by Costco and then carried forward my 2021 return.  Completing my 2022 return was straightforward but now this.

 

Can anyone help?  TurboTax doesn't make it easy to get help from a human being.
